Just wondering if I'm the only person around to have seen this gem. Martin Short inherits a boat from his uncle, and decides to take it on a cruise before he sells it. He winds up hiring a captain since he knows nothing about sailing a boat. Turns out the captain is a real nutjob. Hilarity ensues.

If you haven't seen it, take a look. It came out in the early 90's and if you liked "My Cousin Vinny" you'll love this one. Same brand and era of humor.

I am not into funny movies, but if I see it, I will give it a whirl.

If this is the show in which Kurt Russell plays the captain,I seem to remember enjoying it.I liked all his movies, especially the one he kidnapped Goldie in,and told her amnesiac mind she was his hillbilly wife.Man,come to think of it,he starred in a lot of movies!Tombstone is still a favorite.

Every time I watch it I think to myself, "I will never get that two hours of my life back."

I think that movie sucks.

That's the truth Goose, and He's a nice guy and a proper role model for our kids. Not something most people can pull off. Yeah Travis,my brother dragged me out to see him play, He's a good brother. P.S. The Knicks lost.
