oni forge going out of business ?

Do any of you guys know if Oni Forge is going out of business ? The site has a Huge sale going on under the pretext that everything must go in the next two months... i wanted to have a custom sword made by them but i'm not sure that possible now.

This was on the SBG forums a little while ago. I do not think they are going out of business. It's more likely they a changing stock, possibly for tax reasons. I do not know the full details however so out of business is still quite possible.
