bobO; very impressive....i've always admired the grace of Oriental discipines, very good for the body and mind.....not having much knowledge of these studies I don't understand how they would apply to a melee battlefield scenario but I admire the practitioners. How long did you study?

Thanks Tora. In the Kwoon/Dojo a couple years, then practiced for 27 years or so. I think I'm getting the hang of it now. Yeah this would'nt work in a melee, kenpo or kenjutsu for that. Being a sneaky old SOB helps to.

Definitely and interesting video. I'll have to watch it again when I'm not so horribly busy with end-of-semester stuff. Anyways...Dot, your feelin' on that is right, mainly because most people dont know what "Please dont feed the trolls" means. I think it's a shame, so many good videos marred by the idiots out there.

I've herd of Mugai Ryu, we had a few Mugai Ryu students who were under the ZNKR for grading purposes at our last summer seminar, not a bad bunch (it was either Mugai or Hoki Ryu).

The Youtube monkeys do tend to forget that Kata is there for conditioning and not for fighting, I tend to save all my negative comments for the XMA Samurai wannabe's :))
