Not too bad, I'd call it standard B-movie fare. Which is fine by me. Ultimately it's a bug hunt, I'm sure I'm not giving away much by saying that.

Since the sword is key, I think y'all will enjoy it. I did. :SandS:

I enjoyed watching this movie online, and then downloaded it from Itunes. It's an entertaining story, well done and the Outlander uses my Hanwei Godfred Viking Sword (available from SOM, by the way) to kill the bear! I recommend this movie to anyone who likes good viking movies.....this movie is kind of Predator meets The 13th Warrior. Good entertainment.

Kewl :) I be looking that up now.

Agreed, I got the whole Predator vibe as soon as I saw the protagonist was an alien beast. I saw some Pathfinder in there as well.

At least they were more accurate with the vikings than Pathfinder (that was one movie I was really looking forward too, and when it came out it was just a I can wait for cable movie...)

They have the original Pathfinder movie at Amazon or at least they did, I could have dealt with the horned helmets but they really went way to far with the whole Viking as monster thing..I realize they were doing a graphic novel but it was just a little over the top for my taste..
