i had to have the sword bags like that , the stand i have didint have soft padding for the sayas.

You can always get some felt and cut it, then glue it to the inside of the rungs. I am sure you already know this, but just in case! :)

This is what I did and it looks and works great. For my homemade kake I used leather, not a good idea as it will rust a blade that is left on it. (don't ask) Nice collection and I want that poster!
