I don't know who else saw this (But since I'm definately part of the gamer category) but on thinkgeek, there is a retro video gaming console that runs both NES and SNES for $50 w/ 2 controllers.

Makes me remember all those fun old games like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Double Dragon. What do y'all think?

Very cool indeed although I have trouble going back and playing old games because the graphics and sound SUCK! I would rather buy one of these:

You can hook any video game system up to it! =P~

I bought this game recently: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic%27s_Ultimate_Genesis_Collection

It has tons of Sega classics that I have been playing. Its great! I really like the older games. I think they are better than some new ones.

My favorite on this is Shining Force and Shining Force II. Probably some of the greatest games ever, IMO

I picked up an original NES a few months back off craigslist for about 50 bucks with a bunch of games, I had to just for the nostalgia aspect, definatly still fun but man have games come a long way.
Ive got all the games on a computer emulator but there's just something great about playin the classics on the original box, even if the 8bit pixels are HUGE on a big screen.
Gotsta Keep it Old Skool! Neva forget your Rootz!
